How to reach the people behind this site.

Get In Touch

This is a small project run by men who care about the same things you care about. We read every message we receive. We cannot always reply quickly, but we do reply.

If you have found an error on the site — a broken link, a wrong citation, a historical claim that does not hold up — tell us. We would rather be corrected than look right.

If you have a suggestion for a topic we have not covered, or a resource we should include, we want to hear it.

If you are a man in the middle of a hard season and you need someone to talk to, please reach out. You do not have to explain yourself. You do not have to have it figured out. Just say hello.

“ Let your conversation be always full of grace, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how to answer everyone.”

Colossians 4:6

If This Is an Emergency

If you are in crisis right now, please do not wait for an email reply. Use one of the immediate resources below.

  • 988 — Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. Call or text, 24/7.
  • 911 — For any life-threatening emergency.
  • 211 — Local help for housing, food, utilities, and more.
  • 1-800-662-4357 — SAMHSA National Helpline for addiction and mental health.

See the Help Resources page for a fuller list.

What We Cannot Do

We are not a counseling service, a crisis line, or a church. We cannot provide pastoral care, legal advice, or medical guidance. If you need any of those, please contact the appropriate professionals in your area. If you are a Christian and do not have a local church, we encourage you to find one — our Church Locator can help.
